Four bedroom Villa Rosa
Situated in a slightly elevated position Villa Rosa is pleasantly contained by a wall and a high gate to enhance privacy.
The ground floor comprises a graceful hall that opens into both the kitchen, and the open plan lounge and dining room well furnished in dark wood traditional style, with fire place, cable tv and glass doors that lead onto a covered porch and front lawned garden shaded by pine trees. Polished two tone floor tiles keep the villa cool inside. There are 3 bedrooms with excellent wardrobe space and chests of drawers. One is a twin, and two are doubles, one of which has an en-suite full bathroom.
